If you want to work on your individual goals you can ask for personal training to get results. It doesn’t matter if it’s in fields of olympic weightlifting, mobility, competition preparation or an easy comeback to CrossFit – for each of your needs you will find your right coach.

In the jungle of dietary counselors, dietary recommendations and supposed dietary wisdom, it’s hard to find the right one for yourself.
Coach Claire will help you finding a balanced diet to get the most out of your body.
The nutrition training can be booked in 1:1 sessions.
First session: 65 € non-members, 50 € members
Further conditions are individually calculated based on the frequency and topics.
