Fuel your body right – In addition to the training a balanced diet is essential for a healthy and fit body. Whether increased performance or fast recovery: both depend heavily on what we eat. In the jungle of dietary counselors, dietary recommendations and supposed dietary wisdom, it’s hard to find the right one for yourself.

Coach Claire will help you finding a balanced diet to get the most out of your body.

The nutrition training can be booked in 1:1 sessions.

First session: 65 € non-members, 50 € members

Further conditions are individually calculated based on the frequency and topics.
