Strength

Every 2 min, for 24 min (3sets):

(1) 10 reps Reverse Lunge + Step up (each leg)
(2) 20 reps Slow Shoulder Taps in Plank Position
(3) 10 reps Lateral Step ups (each leg)
(4) 10 reps Single Leg Deadlift (each leg)

Workout

AMRAP 10′

Buy IN: 50 Burpees

Then….

10 Cossack Squats (per leg)
10 Push-Ups
10 V-Ups
